Hello David,

http://www.ingres.com/ runs on apache and linux and AFAIK it has not been down
since Ingres migrated the hosting from ca.com (where it also ran on apache and
linux).

We are working to make Ingres 2006 for Windows available.

Which website is/was down?

Actually, I went to the Ingres web site only to discover that is was
down.  A netcraft scrub of it said it was running on a Windows 2000
server, probably running IIS.  That explains everything.
