[Users] character based tools in solaris distribution.

Hello,
I've just grabbed the latest ingres for solaris and installed it.

Now that I have, and created a database, I'm looking for the character 
based tools qbf,rbf, vifred, etc) and I can't find them. should they be in 
the install? Is there another download to get them? What did I miss?

I had done the ingres-3.0.2.109-GA-sun-solaris-sparc-32-64bit

file.
