I just want to point out that unless you use those XML system classes in
the w4er code line, you may not be able to display all the Unicode code
points in a XML document file using OpenROAD GUI widgets.

On the page 4 of XML based export format functional spec. The current
export file is ASCII file is not accurate. It is a text file contains
characters defined in the OS code page when the file is generated. You
can get in trouble using different code pages in your import and export
operations.
