[openroad-community] Updated Contribution Agreement

For those of you who are interested in becoming Community Developers but 
have not because you objected to giving away your IP rights to Ingres 
Corp. for all contributions you made (this language that was in the 
first version of the Ingres Contribution Agreement), the Contribution 
Agreement has been rewritten and now provides for joint ownership of 
IP.  In addition, the agreement is shorter (1 page) and quite readable!
