The OSA is in the process of collecting feedback from a number of companies that use open source technologies and would like to hear from you . We've made it halfway through 2008 and the Open Solutions Alliance would like to take the temperature of the open source software and services market. We've put together a survey for companies to complete that we think will provide the collective data necessary to get a clear picture of what's happening in the marketplace, what companies are actually seeing in terms of sales, demand, evolution and revolution. The results will provide a snapshot of the market that will be valuable to the companies that participate and will serve as a way gauge the open source economy. It is our intention to make this survey an annual service of the OSA, but for it to be successful; it requires the participation of a large number of companies. We're inviting non-members of the OSA to participate and hope you will do so. Please take a few minutes (there are 25 brief questions so it won't take you long) to complete the survey.
